摘要
介绍了WorldFIP-RS485协议转换器的特点,讨论了协议转换器的工作原理及软、硬件的开发。协议转换器的开发分模块进行:硬件上主要分为中央处理模块和通信模块;软件上分为定时器中断、串口中断及IRQ中断三个模块。各部分单独设计,再统一调试,最终完成WorldFIP与RS485协议的转换,首次实现将变频器挂接到WorldFIP总线上。
In this paper,characteristics of the WorldFIP-RS485 protocol transformer are presented.The working principle and the software/hardware developments are discussed. The developing of the WorldFIP-RS485 protocol transformer are devided into two parts in the hardware and three parts in the software.A MCU module and a communicating module are included in the hardware,while the three interrupt programs（timer, COM port, IRQ） belong to the software.Each parts are designed separately,and the protocol transformation is achieved ultimately after united debug.The fact that the inverter is connected to the WorldFIP is realized for the first time through this study.
