心率功率谱分析对脑出血植物神经功能变化的监测 被引量:3

摘要 目的:寻找测定脑出血植物神经功能状态的有效的定量分析方法、及其规律与特点。材料和方法:采用心率功率谱分析方法对20例脑出血病人植物神经功能状态进行评价。结果:20例病人2周内测定异常16例,14例存活者2周后测定异常9例。结论:发病24小时内可表现为单纯交感活性亢进;24小时后多表现为副交感活性下降;2周后副交感活性有所升高,二者平衡趋正常。 To explore the status of autonomic nervous system in patients with cerebral hemor-rhage the autonomic nervous functions of 20 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were studied by heartrate power spectral analysis.We found that 16 patients were abnormal among 20 patients within 2weeds,Two weeks later,9 patients were still abnormal among l4 survivores.It is demonstrated that thesympathetic activity overreact within 24 hours,but 24 hours later,the parasympathetic activity decreasesand the sympathetic activity is tend to normal.Both activitis disbalance greatly.Two weeks later,theprasympathetic activity increases and both activitis are well balaneed.
