摘要
对开口薄壁杆接头在空间静载荷作用下的弹性和弹塑性电测应变实验以及接头的板壳有限元分析进行了比较,结果表明接头局部具有明显的应变(应力)集中现象,热点为焊缝角点。由于工程结构与抽象化计算模型的不同,工程材料与理想化材料模型的不同,有限元分析与实验分析结果具有规律性的偏离。考虑到这些因素,可将有限元方法更有效地应用于实际工程结构分析。
Comparison is made between the results of elastic-elastoplastic gage measuring and that of shell finite element analysis for the thin walled open cross section beam joints under spatial static load.The intense strain(stress)concentration of joint zoon is shown and the hot spots are the corners of weld line.The regular deviation between the results of FEM and experimental analysis is attributed to the differences between the practical structures and the abstract calculating models,as well as the practical material and the idealized models. According to the knowledge acquired from the investigation,the practical engineering structure analysis may be made more effectively by using finite element method.
