阐述循环经济的基本内涵,论述用循环经济理念指导交通运输发展的必要性和意义,并提出了基于循环经济的交通运输发展战略构想。
This article elaborates the basic connotations of recycle economy, comments on the necessity and significance to guide the development of communications and transportation by the theory of recycle economy, and presents the strategic concept for the development on the basis of recycle economy.
