社会主义市场经济是法治经济,法律信仰是其内在要求,其必要性表现在它是民众守法的内在动因,是执法者公正执法的主观需要,是市场经济建设的精神基础,是法治现代化的必然要求。
Socialistic market economy is law economy,and legal belief is its demand,whose necessity lies in that is is inherent cause for the public＇s obedience to law,it is subjective needs for the law-executors＇just enforcement, it is the spiritual basis for market economy construction,and it is the inevitable desire for the law modernization.
