摘要
对天柱山景区旅行社人力资源的现状以及存在的问题进行探讨,对天柱山风景区2010年旅行社人才需求进行合理预测,并提出解决问题的总体思路及具体实施办法。
This paper has carded on the investigation and analyzed current situation and existing problem of the human resources, and makes the reasonable prediction of the demand for talent of travel agency in 2010 and puts forward overall thinking and concrete methods to realize the goal.
