摘要
本文提出了一种有源MOS衰减器,并探讨了这种有源衰减器对MOS Gilbert单元输入范围的改善。SPICE(模型LEVEL Ⅱ)模拟结果表明,该有源MOS衰减器结构简单,原理正确,并且有较宽的线性输入范围。
A new active MOS attenuator is proposed in this paper. The application of this attenuator to improve the performance of MOS Gilbert multipler cell is also discussed. The SPICE simulation results show that the curcuit is reasonable in structure, correct in theory and its linear input range is wide.
