摘要
矿业权是空间利用权的一种特殊类型。为了实现对矿产资源的高效利用,可以根据矿业权的空间权属性,建立相应的区分矿业权和矿区役权制度。
Mining right is a special type of the utilizable right of airspace. To make good use of the mining resource, we can establish the dipartite mining right system and the servitus right of diggings system, according to the attribute of airspace right.
