摘要
对合成六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)及其醚化的反应条件(物料配比、pH值、反应时间、反应温度)进行了探讨,解决了传统生产方法出现的问题,并对合成的样品进行了分析,其结果达到了国标相关规定的要求。
This paper discusses the synthesis of hexamethylolmelamine (HMM) and reaction conditions of its etherisation, resolving the problems presenting to traditional manufacture methods. The synthesized samples are analyzed, which reduces free formaldehyde content to under 0.2%, from 5% of similar product.
