摘要 介绍我国目前已知海拔最高(3 100m)的80 kt/a硫精矿制酸装置的设计及运行中遇到的问题。装置采用沸腾焙烧、文-泡-间-一级电除雾器酸洗净化、ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅤⅡ“3+2”两转两吸工艺。因为空气稀薄、大气压力低、昼夜温差大,在电气设备(如电除尘器和电除雾器)、炉气二氧化硫浓度控制、设备选型和防紫外线老化等方面采取了一定的措施。装置运行良好。 The design and operation of an 80 kt/a pyrite concentrate-based sulphuric acid plant with an elevation of 3 000 m, the highest sulphuric acid plant now in China, are described. The plant adopted a process of fluidized bed roasting, venturi-froth tower-indirect cooler-one stage wet electrostatic precipitator cleaning and Ⅲ Ⅰ - Ⅳ V Ⅱ 3 + 2 double conversion and absorption. Due to rare air, low atmospheric pressure and high temperature difference between day and night, some precautions were taken regarding electrical equipment, e. g. hot and wet electrostatic precipitators, SO2 concentration control, and selection and anti-aging of equipment from ultraviolet radiation. The plant operated well.
