摘要
介绍了1种液化气气体分馏装置优化控制的数学模型。经过抚顺公司石油二厂烷基化车间计算机控制系统的使用,证明该模型能有效、合理地分配气体分馏装置的物料流程,改善原有仪表的串级控制精度,提高生产的平稳性。分离产品中异丁烯及异丁烷的纯度可分别满足MTBE及烷基化工艺对原料的要求。
A mathematic model for optimizing control of LPG separation is proposed. The commercial application on a light ends plant in No. 2 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Corp. showed thatqualified isobutylene and isobutane can be obtained to meet the feed purity requirement of MTBE and alkylation unit respectively. The cascade control precision of the existed instruments has been improved, andthe stable operation has been realized.
