摘要
对皖南复合茶园与普通茶园不同季节的茶叶内质成分分析结果表明:茶林复合生态系统可有效地提高茶叶品质,尤其是春季.而氨基酸与锌元素含量的增加,可溶性铝的下降和酚/氨比例的协调,则为其内质变化的基本特征.
Tea shorts of tea-arbor complex single tea garden and garden in diffe-rent seasons had been analysed in Xiuning county, Anhui province. Itwas found that the higher content of amino acids and zine, the lowersoluble alumina content and the suitable rate of Catechin to amino ac-ids were the basic property of complex garden. Thus the quality of teashorts of complex garden was better than that of single tea garden, espe-cially in springtime.
