摘要
通过分析地下水系统的Eh值及pH值对难溶物质溶解度和饱和指数的影响,得出溶浸剂pH值的变化是造成伊宁铀矿某矿床碱法地浸条件试验中出现化学沉淀堵塞的主要原因,提出了用CO2调节溶浸剂pH值来减少或避免化学沉淀堵塞的技术措施。试验结果表明,该措施可在一定程度上缓解化学沉淀堵塞,从而提高了浸出液中的铀浓度,并使钻孔的抽注能力有所恢复。
In order to reduce chemical precipitation jamming in alkaline in-situ leaching of uranium at a deposit of Yining Uranium Mine, the effects of Eh and pH values in groundwater system on solubility and saturation index of insoluble substance are studied. The results indicate that the change of pH in lixiviant is the major factor causing the jamming. A technical measure is put forward, that is, using CO2 to control pH in lixiviant. The test results show that this jamming is reduced to a certain extent, uranium concentration in lixivium is enhanced, and the pumping injecting ability of borehole is improved.
