摘要
目的对比研究无症状胆石病患者与正常人胆囊排空功能。方法B超测量多个时相胆囊长径、横径、前后径,用椭圆形体积公式计算胆囊容积。结果胆囊结石患者胆囊排空功能明显降低,FV和RV均明显大于对照组;胆囊排空率则较正常人降低。以对照组平均RF+2SD值(32.3%)为界限,将病例组分为胆囊收缩正常组(n=8)和收缩减弱组(n=12),与收缩正常组比较,收缩减弱组RV增大,胆囊排空率降低,但EV却明显下降。结论无症状胆囊结石病患者的胆囊排空功能较正常人明显降低。
Objective To investigate gallbladder emptying function in the asymptomatic gallstone patients. Methods 20 patients with asyptomatic gallstone and 10 normal were selected, Gallbladder volume were mea- sured by B urtrasounography and calculated by ellipse formula during different time phages. Results The gall- bladder motility were impaired in gallstone patients. FV and RV in gallstone patients were higher than these in controls, E in gallstone patients was lower than these in controls. The patients were divided into two groups by the limit of RF＋2SD. Conclusions The gallbladder emptying were significantly impaired in asymptomatic gallstone patients.
