摘要
本文回顾了金属高温硫化研究的发展概况,归纳了所取得的重要结果,探讨了今后的发展方向。
A research on the coating structure of Zn and Zn Fe alloy( contains Fe 0.2~0.7 wt%) has been done by using the technology of X ray diffraction and SEM. It was discovered that the crystalline grains of Zn Fe alloy film were finer than that of the pure Zn coating. Also, with the help electrochemcal testing, a research on the corrosion current and the polarization resistance has been done and the results indicated that the polarization resistance of Zn Fe alloy film was higher than that of Zn film, and the corrosion current of the former was much weaker than that of the later.Therefore, the mechanism of corrosion protection of electrodeposited Zn Fe alloy has been brought to light.
