妇科普查中运用宫颈液基细胞学检测的意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价宫颈液基薄层细胞学检测在妇女普查中的应用价值。方法通过妇女普查,对2500名已婚妇女进行宫颈TCT检查,应用TBS分级诊断标准诊断。结果液基细胞学在普查中检出上皮病变例数230例占9.20%,活检后阳性例数72例占2.88%。经阴道镜下活检,检出CINⅠ63例(2.52%),CINⅡ5例(0.20%),CINⅢ2例(0.08%),SCC2例(0.08%),AC0例(0.00%)。结论液基细胞学技术能提高普查人群宫颈疾病检出率,在妇科普查中具有较高的应用价值。
