摘要
我国上古时期的乐,是一种集诗歌、音乐及舞蹈为一体的复杂的艺术形式,在当时的政治生活中具有表达政治意见的重要功能,是其时重要的政治语言之一。它的政治表达功能可以归纳为政治评论、参政语言、政治沟通及风教百姓等四个方面,涉及到自上而下、自下而上及平级交流等多个层面。乐的政治表达功能,是我国上古时期乐文化社会功能的重要组成部分。
＂YUE＂, a kind of art form, including poem, music and dance in the far ancient times of China （ before Qin Dynasty）, was provided with important function of political expression in that time＇ s po- litical actions. It could be regarded as a kind of political language. It was used be the common people to comment on the government and its polity, and for the ministers to express their political opinions to the kings, and also for the aristocrats to exchange political information among themselves, and finally for the rulers to moralize the common people. As a kind of media of political expression, it concerned three different political expression directions, which were from the low to the high, from the high to the low and within the same social level. The function political expression was a very important part of social functions of YUE culture in the far ancient China.
