摘要
目的研究EMR照射对大鼠血脑屏障超微结构及通透性的影响。方法用硝酸镧示踪和电子显微镜观察EMR照射后大鼠血脑屏障通透性及超微结构的变化。结果EMR照射后,海马、皮层组织、下丘脑中硝酸镧颗粒从毛细血管中渗出,毛细血管紧密联结开放,毛细血管内皮中吞噬小体增加,可见镧颗粒沉积于组织间隙及神经细胞内膜上,神经细胞变性,但结构基本正常。结论EMR照射后大鼠血脑屏障通透性增大,但尚未对脑神经细胞结构的完整性造成损伤。
Objective To explore the influence of Electromagnetic radiation on ultrastructure and permeability of BBB on rats. Methods The ultrastructure and permeability of BBB on rats with Electromagnetic radiation by electron microscope after injection of lanthanum nitrate were observed. Results After electromagnetic radiation, lanthanum nitrate granules seeped out of the capillary vessels, tight junctions of the capillary vessels opened and phagocytosis of the granules in the endothelium cells in co rex, hippocampus and hypothalamus were observed, lanthanum nitrate granules were visible on neuron membrane and in the tissues, the neurons denaturalized but the structure was still normal. Conclusions Permeability of BBB on rats increased after electromagnetic radiation, but it didn't damage the inte grality of the structure of brain's neurons.
