摘要
文章讨论电力系统中复杂计量方式下电费计算的设计与实现技术,采用公式化、参数化解决电力系统中复杂的电费计算问题,介绍了电费模型、计算模型的设计思想和实现方法。
The design and realization of electric expenditure calculation under the complex computation ways in electric power systems are presented. It provides ways to solve the complex ealculating problems about electric expenditure by formulations and parameters. The design concepts and ways to realize electric expenditure models and the calculating models are discussed.
