摘要
对果树的离体物理、化学以及理化复合诱变技术、突变体的筛选和鉴定技术进行了综述,并提出了今后果树离体诱变育种的研究方向。
This article reviews the development of studies on the chemical, phsical, chemical-phsical induced mutation on fruite plant and the methods to select and identify mutation . The auther also forwards some research trend of induced mutation breeding of fruite plant in vitro.
