摘要
研究了加入镧或钇(加入量为0.05%~0.3%)和不加镧钇的QBe1.9合金性能的差别。采用相同的加工工艺加工的含镧和钇的QBe1.9和不含镧和钇的QBe1.9合金的样品,然后观察和检测三种合金的质量和性能。结果表明,镧、钇的加入,能净化合金,增加流动性和造渣能力,提高合金铸锭质量。钇的加入能提高合金的延伸率,改善冷加工性能,同时可以防止合金产生过时效现象。镧的加入可提高合金淬火状态和冷加工状态的力学性能。镧和钇的加入,对QBe1.9合金的最终性能影响不明显。
The difference of QBe1. 9 alloy proporties caused by the addition of La and Y(0. 05% ̄0. 3%) was studied. Results show that the addition of La and Y is favorable to the purification and exhausting , so as to reduce the impurities in the alloy. High flowability , high density and high quality QBe1. 9 alloy were obtained. The mechanical proporties of QBe1. 9 alloy at quenching state and cold-working state are improved. On the other hand, the addition of Y can prevent the over-aging of the alloy. The proporties of La or Y doped QBe1. 9 alloy obtained are presented: σ_b= 1156 ̄1264 MPa δ_5= 7. 5%  ̄ 12. 5% , E= 121030 ̄ 125440 MPa, which are almost the same as these of QBe1. 9 alloy without La and Y.
