摘要
以FAO推荐的点滴法,对高抗性区山东省聊城棉铃虫进行了现状毒力测定。以沂蒙山区棉铃虫为敏感虫种,人工饲料饲养,以十种药剂对其进行抗性选育,经连续十五代,形成较为稳定的十个抗性种群,测出其交互抗性为棉铃虫对七个菊酯农药均产生了抗性和交互抗性,但有程度差别;氰戊菊酯与对硫磷有交互抗性;各菊酯与久效磷无交互抗性;各菊酯、久效磷与灭多威则有负交互抗性现象。
he toxicity of 10 pestcides to the resistant strain of cotton bollworm (Heliothis armigera Hubner)collected from cotton field in Liaocheng,Shandong province was tested by topical application method recommanded by FAO. The susceptible population collected from Yimengshan cotton region was fed in artificial diet with 10 insecticides.After 15 generations,10 resistant strains were selected and their cross-resistance were tested. The results showed that all the 7 pyrethroids products had cross-resistance each Other without exception;parathion had positive cross-resistance to fenvalerata;pyrethroids had no cross-resistance to monocrotophos;pyrethroids and monocrotophos showed negative cross-resistance to methomyl.
