摘要
研究了MgO-CaO砂在100℃以上的水化特征.特别是CaO在苯酚和酚醛树脂中的水化特征,找到了酚醛树脂结合剂使MgO-CaO系耐火材料水化的原因。采用高温、真空脱水、脱酚和隐蔽酚羟基而研制的改性酚醛树脂和无酚羟基呋喃树脂,作为MgO-CaO系耐火材料结合剂是合适的。
Characteristic of MgO-CaO clinker hydration at the temperature above 100℃ and of CaO hydrating in phenol or phenolic resin have been investigated. It is found that free CaO reacts with free phenol (about 1%~5%) in thermoplastic phenolic resin). water (below 1.5% in binder) and hydroxyl in phenolic resin. The modified phenolic resin binders for MgO-CaO refractorics have been developed by taking off free phenol and water at high temperature in vacuum and shielding phenol-hydroxyl.
