摘要
基于当前企业信息化集成的需求,提出了一种在分布式环境下,基于W eb的数控系统远程监测体系结构。利用基于DSP芯片的数据采集器开发了原型系统,并实现了与ERP系统的集成。实例应用表明,该系统直接从PLC获取信息,脱离了原有数控系统,数据处理能力强,实时性高,具有普遍应用价值。
According to the requirements of enterprise information integration system, a remote monitoring framework of numerical control system based on Web in distributed manufacturing is proposed. A prototype system is realized by using the DSP-based data acquisition system, and integrates with ERP system. The system has the characteristics of obtaining signals from PLC directly, separating from the former NC system, powerful data processing ability and high real-time performance. So it can be applied widely.
