摘要
1933年七八月份,黄河全流域发生了特大洪水。山东境内的黄河虽未决口,但河北、河南决口之洪水全都灌注山东,使山东成为受灾面积最大的省份。灾情发生后,国民政府和山东省政府进行了大规模的赈济活动,在一定程度上减轻了灾民的痛苦。
A huge and severe flood befell the whole valley of the Yellow River from July to August, 1933. Though its dykes were not breached in Shandong area, the bursting flood in Hebei and Henan all poured into it, ranking it as the largest flood stricken area. Following the flood, the then National Government and the Shandong Provincial Government launched a large - scale relief project, thus alleviating the afflictions of the flood- hit people.
