摘要
目的探索主动脉半周覆膜支架置入、定位技术并观察封堵效果及对血流动力学的影响.方法选用15条健康杂种犬,自制主动脉半周覆膜支架规格为(12～15 mm)×6 cm、人工血管长度为4 cm.随机封堵左或右侧肾动脉.术后1、4、8、12、16周,复查主动脉造影及增强CT.结果 15条犬均成功地置入主动脉半周覆膜支架,分别封堵7条右肾动脉及8条左肾动脉.复查显示支架无移位,封堵肾动脉无血供.结论自制主动脉半周覆膜支架置入技术成功率高且封堵效果良好.主动脉半周覆膜支架具有应用于临床病例的可能性.
Objective To explore the placement and location technique of aortic half cycle stent graft and to observe the ex clusive efficacy and influence to aortic hemodynamic of stent-graft. Methods Fifteen dogs were included in this study. The size of aortic half-cycle stent-grafts was （12--15 mm）× 6 cm and the length of vascular-graft was 4 cm. Left or right renal artery was excluded at random. Then angiography and enhanced spiral CT of abdominal aorta were studied. At 1, 4, 8, 12, 16 weeks after operation, dogs were reexaminaed with angiography and enhanced spiral CT. Results Aortic half-cycle stentgraft were successfully placed for all 15 dogs, 7 right and 8 left renal arteries were excluded and other branches of aortas were free. Angiography and CT showed stent had not displacement, the excluded artery hadn＇t blood flow, aorta and branches were fluent. Conclusion The success rate of placement and exclusive effect of aortic half-cycle stent graft were good. It is possible for aortic half-cycle stent graft to be used in treating aortic dissection.
