摘要
教学型高校和研究型高校是两类不同办学层次的高校。他们的办学条件、教学资源、培养目标、学生综合素质的不同,导致各自的培养计划、课程设置、培养方式、教学质量标准等方面的差异。因此不同类型的高校应合理定位,办出特色,在各自层次和类型中争创一流。教育主管部门也应对高校在分类的基础上进行指导、评价,使我国高等教育形成一个类型和层次多样化的体系,满足社会对人才的多样化的需求。
The teaching university is different from the research university in level of run ning school, condition of running school, teaching resource, training target and student' s quality. These bring to differ in cultivation planning, curriculum design, training pattern and teaching quality standard. Higher institutes should develop respectively, achieve its own characteris tics and strive for leading position in each type and level. Government should guide and evaluate type-differentiated and level-differentiated higher institutes in the classified foundation. Higher education' s system in China is going to become a multi-type and multi-level's system, and to satisfy the society' s need of diversi fication talent.
