摘要
目的评价地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性,积累用药经验。方法门诊开放性研究,疗程2周,4级评分评价疗效,记录不良反应。结果共观察320例,总有效率为90%,治疗2周疗效明显优于1周(P<0.001)。不良反应最多为嗜睡(5.5%),全部在2 d内出现。未见任何心脏不良反应。结论地氯雷他定是一种安全、有效的治疗慢性荨麻疹的新型抗组胺药物。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of desloratadine on treating chronic urticaria. Methods During the two-week clinical open trial, the therapeutic effects were evaluated on 4 grade scores, and any side-effect was carefully recorded. Results The total effective rate was 90%. The results at the end of 2 weeks course was significantly better than that at the end of 1 week （P〈0. 001）. The most common side-effect was sleepiness （5.5%）, which appeared within 2 days. No any heart related side-effect was recorded. Conclusion Desloratadine is an efficient and safe antihistaminic drug on treating chronic urticaria.
