摘要
介绍了合肥国家同步辐射实验室200MeV直线加速器电子枪10~80kV直流负高压电源的工作原理.重点分析了开关电源、电压电流采集、反馈控制和微控制器等模块的电子学硬件实现,同时部分给出了基于ADuC8xx片上系统微控制器和后端上位机控制等软件设计.
This paper introduces the working principle of a 10 ~ 80kV negative high voltage power source for the electronic gun of the 200Mev LINAC of NSRL, especially how to realize the switch power, voltage/current sampling, feedback control and microcontroller module. The firmware design for the SOC microcontroller of ADuC8xx and the application software design for PC are also presented.
