摘要
为减少肠管膀胱术的并发症，于１９９４年３～７月，用犬分三组作了膀胱粘膜点状移植于浆肌层肠段重建膀胱的实验。Ａ组：自体膀胱粘膜点状移植于浆肌层肠段形成人工膀胱，Ｂ组：在Ａ组基础上一期将输尿管与人工膀胱吻合，Ｃ组：将同种异体膀胱粘膜移植于浆肌层肠段。结果显示：Ａ、Ｂ组可在术后第３周形成结构和功能与正常膀胱几乎相同的人工膀胱；Ｃ组其移植物能存活，并有所增长。本研究为临床应用自体膀胱粘膜点状移植于浆肌层肠段形成人工膀胱和进一步利用尸体正常膀胱粘膜作移植物提供了实验依据。
To minimize complications from urine reservoir constructed with an intestinal segment,reticular transplantation of bladder mucosa to an intestinal seromuscular segment was conducted in 3 randomized groups of canines.In group A,reticular transplantation of autogenous bladder mucosa graft to the intestinal seromuscular reservoir was Derformed.In group B,further anastomosis of the ureters to the intestinal seginent was carried out.In group C,homologous bladder mucosa was transplanted to the seromuscular seginent.3 weeks postoperatively,the constructed reservoir had a mucosal structure and function similar to those of a normal bladder in group A and B.In groupC,the grafts could survive and extend.The results might provide an experimental basis for its clinical use.
