成纤维细胞生长因子9及其受体对骨骼的作用 被引量:4

摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子-9(FGF-9)最初发现于人类神经胶质瘤细胞,具有三叶草核心结构,而且必须与肝素结合才能活化受体。FGF受体(FGFR)均为单链酪氨酸激酶受体,FGF-9主要与FGFR-2和FGFR-3结合。FGF-9分布广泛,具有多种生理功能。在骨组织,FGFR-2主要表达于成骨细胞系,FGFR-3主要表达于软骨细胞系,FGF-9可能通过活化FGFR-2促进膜内成骨,通过活化FGFR-3抑制软骨内成骨。
