摘要
探讨了适用于单件小批量生产的重型机械制造企业的生产作业管理系统的结构框架,详细地描述了其各个功能模块的作用,并给出了以生产周期为期量标准,将遗传算法和启发式算法相结合,通过复制、交换、突变以及合法等遗传操作,得到目标的最优或次优解。按照这种框架所构建的生产作业管理系统,能够实现生产作业计划的实时调度以及生产过程的实时控制,提高企业的经济效益。
The architecture of production task management system (PTMS)that suits heavy-duty machine manufacturing enterprise of single small serial production mode and the effect of the various function modules are discussed. And the genetic algorithm combined with heuristic scheduling method is proposed to get the optimal solution or inferior to it by means of the genetic operator (reproduction, crossover, mutation, etc)in the criterion of the production cycle. According to this structure, constructing PTMS can realize real-time scheduling of production task planning and real-time control of production process.
