摘要
时间戳协议是一种基于Hash函数的报文加密协议。本文分析了线性链表和二叉树时间戳协议算法,提出了一种基于时间戳协议的电子病历的认证系统方案。该方案通过对电子病历的数字摘要进行数字签名的方法进行加密,可以在加密的同时降低了对通讯带宽的依赖性。通过分析的抗攻击能力可知,基于时间戳链的上下文相关性,本方案能够有效地防止对电子病历内容及认证时间的修改。
Time- Stamping Protocol is a message encryption protocol based- on Hash function. By the analysis of linking - scheme and tree - like scheme time, stamping protocol algorithm, an authenticate scheme of CPR （computer - based patient record） based on time- stamping protocol is proposed in this paper. Through a method adding a digital signature to CPR＇ s digital abstraction, the encryption scheme can reduce the relying on communication bandwidth. The analysis of anti - attack ability shows that the scheme can avoid the distorting of CPR＇ s contents and authenticated - time in virtue of the context- correlation of time- stamping links.
