摘要
目前农民增收难的问题已成为关系到中国社会能否全面、协调、可持续发展,能否构建社会主义和谐社会的大问题。我们应以科学发展观作指导,从经济、政治、社会发展等多个层面重新审视农民增收问题,全面分析农民增收中存在的困难与问题,研究农民持续增收的相关思路,为综合治理、统筹解决农民增收问题提供新的应对之策。
At present, the difficulty of increasing farmer＇s income has became a big problem related complete, harmonious and sustainable development of China＇s society . We should reconsider the problem of increasing farmers＇ income with the guidance of scientific development conception, analysizing roundly its seriousness and complex reasons and the feasibility and long-term hardship of solving it from the field of economy, politics and social development. And we should meditate the mistake of the past research on solving the problem of increasing the farmers＇ income and put forward new thought and measure to manage and solve synthetically the problem of increasing farmer＇s income.
