摘要网络组织的有效治理依赖于一系列治理机制,企业之间的联合制裁便是其中的主要机制之一。本文从博弈论的角度对联合制裁机制的内涵、机理及其运用进行了分析,以期补充与完善网络组织治理理论。 The effective governance of network organization depends, on a series of governance mechanisms, the collective sanction among the cooperation enterprises is one of the main mechanisms . This paper analyzes the meaning, mechanism. and operation of collective sanction in terms of game theory to supplement and improve the governance theory of network organization.
