摘要
近几年,公立医院的现状及其改革与发展成为政府、媒体、大众的关注点。本文提出,可以而且应该学习国企成功的经验,提高医院管理水平,从而改善和提高医院的服务水平与质量,并就此观点进行了必要性、可行性的探索分析。
In recent years, the current situation of state-owned hospitals, as well as their reform and development, has become focus toward governments, media and the public. This article pointed out that the successful experience of state-owned enterprises can be borrowed to improve the management of hospitals, so as to improve the service standards and quality of hospital. Meanwhile, this article conducted the necessity and feasibility analysis of this viewpoint.
