氯苄四氢小檗碱20mg·kg-1ip30min,可以减轻小鼠缺氧后线粒体呼吸功能的下降.能提高线粒体摄氧速率和产能速率,同时降低线粒体中丙二醛含量至正常水平.结果表明氯苄四氢小檗碱对缺氧大脑线粒体具有较好的保护作用.
The protective effect of prophylactic use of 7-(4-chlorobenzyl)-5,8,13,13a-tetrahydrober-berine chloride (CBTB, 20 mg·kg -1 ip 30 min prior to hypoxia procedure) on cerebral mitochondrial function against ischemia impairment was studied in hypoxic mice. Two kinds of hypoxia models were used: mice suffering from 15 min hypoxia; hypoxia strengthened by sc Isop 5 mg·kg -1 30 min prior to 15 min hypoxia. Mitochondrial function was assessed by measuring oxygen uptake (ST 3, ST 4), respiratory control index (RCI) and oxidative phosphorylation rate (OPR). MDA content was also measured. In both models, CBTB could promote the recovery of ST 3, OPR and RCI, lower the elevation of mitochondrial MDA content. The results suggest that CBTB, which has been studied and developed as a new antiarrhythmic agent, may be a promising agent against cerebral ischemic diseases.
