摘要
胎膜早破是指在临产前胎膜发生破裂。本文通过对84例胎膜早破孕妇的临床资料分析,对其出现的并发症预防提出了相应的护理措施。
ObJective To explore clinical observation and nursing of prematurerupture of membrane （PM） in different periods. Methods To retrospectively analyse data of 84 cases of （PM） from Jan ,2001 to Sep 2004. Conclusion some important nursing and precautionary measures should be adopted including antenatal examination , treating genital tract diseases and avoiding induced causes.
