两种宫颈锥切方法诊治Ⅱ~Ⅲ级宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究比较宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)和宫颈冷刀锥切术(CKC)治疗高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅡ、CINⅢ)的临床价值及各自的优缺点。方法将116例高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变患者随机分为两组(各58例),研究组行LEEP治疗,对照组行CKC治疗,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后切口愈合情况、痊愈率、术后并发症、宫颈上皮内瘤变残余情况及治疗费用。结果两组痊愈率及脱痂期出血量、术后宫颈管狭窄及宫颈上皮内瘤变残余情况差异无统计学意义,研究组手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、治疗费用显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈环形电切术和宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅡ、CINⅢ)均有确切的临床效果。LEEP治疗相对CRC治疗手术时间短,术中出血少,创伤小、痛苦少、费用低,更适用于基层医院开展宫颈癌的防治。
