摘要
目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的影像学表现特点及其诊断价值。方法:对16例经手术病理证实的GIST患者影像及临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:16例GIST中内生性生长者4例,外生性生长者3例,腔内外生长者9例。主要影像学表现为黏膜下富血供肿块,境界清晰光整,肿块内出血、坏死、囊变明显,局部淋巴结无转移。结论:GIST的影像学表现有一定的特征性,可初步判断肿瘤的良恶性。
Objective To investigate the imaging features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST) and its diagnostic value.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 16 patients with GIST confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Endophytic masses were displayed in 4 patients,exophytic masses in 3 patients,and exo-and endophytic masses in 4 patients.The main imaging appearances included submucous hypervascular lesions with well-defined margins,obvious hemorrhage or necrosis and cystic changes within the mass and no metastases to local lymph nodes.Conclusion The characteristic features of GIST in imaging may be helpful for diagnosing that the tumor were benign or malignant initially.
