摘要
铜与新铜试剂和曙红Y形成有色缔合络合物。在氯仿中当λ=544nm时,络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε=6.83×10~4Imol^(-1)cm^(-1)。我们运用这一体系对某些中药和中药针剂中微量铜的含量进行测定。本法简便,灵敏度高,选择性好。
Cu reacts with neo-cuproin and eosin Y to form a coloured associated complex. In chloroform its apparent E value is 6.83×10~4 1 mol^(-1) cm^(-1) at λ=544nm. We used this system to determine the contents of trace copper in some tablets and injections of Chinese medicine. This method is simple, highly sensitive and selective.
