摘要
本文报道了辽宁地区汉族人群谷丙转氨酶型与乙二醛酶Ⅰ型遗传多型性的分布。谷丙转氨酶的基因频率为GPT^1 =0.5718,GPT^2=0.4282;乙二醛酶Ⅰ的基因频率为GLOl^1=0.1878,GLO1~2=0.8122。文中并对不同人群的差异性做了比较。
This paper reports the genetic polymorphism of the red cell glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) in 195 cases and glyoxalase 1 (GLO1) in 221 cases in normal unrelated donors living in Liaoning province, The gene frequencies of glutamic pyruvic traneaminase were at GPT^1= 0.5718, GPT^2 =0.4282; and those of glyoxalase 1 were at GLO1~1=0.1878, GLO1~2 =0.8122.The different distributions of gene frequencies among different populations were also compared
