摘要
本文介绍并分析了一种可与微机兼容的12位D/A转换器的工作原理及其应用。该D/A电路内有高稳定的齐纳隐埋基准,数字输入采用了两级缓冲锁存结构,片内含高速输出放大器。本文给出了其主要性能指标及典型应用连接图。
A microprocessor compatible 12-bit D/A converter is presented in the paper, The the-ory of operation of the circuit is analyzed.A highly stable buried Zener voltage reference and dou-ble-buffered input latches are adopted for the circui.An on-chip high-speed output amplifier is in-cluded in the converter. Finally,applications of the device are discussed.
