摘要
近年来,水力旋流器在高含水期采出液预脱水和原油脱水的应用上取得了可喜的进展。因此,水力旋流器可构成高含水采出液预分离、原油脱水及采出水处理一条龙工艺系统,这将会给油田地面工艺及建设带来一场变革。文章叙述了水力旋流器的结构原理及在脱水中的应用,同时还介绍了胜利院自行开发的水力旋流脱水器在坨二站的初步试验情况。试验表明,利用水力旋流脱水器进行高含水采出液预处理是可行的。
Tn recent years, attractive progress has been made in the well stream pre-separation and the crude dehydration by hydrocyclone during high water-cut production. Therefore,a train of well stream pre-separation,crude dehydration and produced water treatment processes can be composed of various hydrocyclones during high water-cut production, which will bring a revolution for oilfield surface process and construciton. The paper describes the structure and operation principle of hydrocy-clone and the dehydration application, accompaning a preliminary field trial in Shengli's Tuo Er Station for a pre-separation hydrocyclone which is developed by Shengli Design Institute, The trial shows the feasibility for well stream pre-separation using a hydrocyclone during high water-cut productions.
