摘要
本文提出了一种开环称量喂给系统的理论及设计。该装置对喂入筵棉按10cm片段连续称重,再由计算机根据该片段的重量来调节相应的喂入速度,使单位时间的喂入量保持恒定。实验装置的测试结果表明,当喂入筵棉定量波动较大时,经该装置调节后仍能使喂入定量较为均匀。
The theoretical aspect of an open-loop autoleveller system was analysed and a protype of this system was developed and put into testing. On this system, the variable weight per unit length (10 cm) of feed web was weighted out by a measuring plate, which activated microprocessor to calculate and control the feed gearing mechanism. Therefore, a constant feed rate, consequently a more even sliver, can be obtained.
