摘要
本文讨论了混合淋巴培养中刺激细胞的￣（６０）Ｃｏγ射线照射剂量。６个人的淋巴细胞分成６份，分别用０、６、１０、１５、２０、２５Ｇｙ的￣（６０）Ｃｏγ射线照射，然后进行混合淋巴细胞培养。结果显示在混合淋巴细胞培养中。
We studied the dosage of irradiation of stimulative cells by￣)=(60)Coγ-ray in the mixed lymphocyteculture. Lymphocytes taking from 6 healthy individuals were divided into 6 groups and irradiated by￣(60)Coγ-rayin 0,6,10,15,20,and 25Gy respectively, then the mixed lymphocyte culture was performed.The resultsshowed that the dosage of above 20Gy were suitable for irradiation of stimulative cells by￣(60)Coγ-ray in themixed lymphocyte culture.
