口腔扁平苔藓中郎格罕氏细胞的免疫组化观察 被引量:1

摘要 用抗S-100蛋白、CD45RO和CD20等抗体对33例口腔扁平苔藓病灶中郎格罕氏细胞(LC)、T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞进行免疫组化染色并计数。结果表明LC在病变内比在正常粘膜中明显增多。国有层带状浸润的淋巴细胞中T淋巴细胞占优势(98.83%),这些浸润的淋巴细胞与LC有密切关系。提示LC作为抗原提呈细胞在口腔扁平苔藓病变的发生、发展和持续过程中起着关键作用,同时又成为靶细胞受到T淋巴细胞的攻击而损伤。 Abstract Langerhan's cells (LC) , T and B lymphocytes of 33 cases with oral lichen planus (OLP) were immunohistochemical stained and numbered by S-100 protein, CD45RO and CD20.The results showed that LC in OLP were much more than LC in oral mucosa.T lymphocytes in the densely infiltrated lymphocytes of subepithelium were preponderant (98.83%) .These infiltrated lymphocytes had close relation with LC. It is suggested that, considered to be antigen-presenting cells, LC might play an important role in arising and development of OLP.on the other hand as target cells, LC were injured by T lymphocytes.
