摘要
研究了低合金球墨铸铁经热处理后的组织、性能与冲击磨损机理。探讨了这种复相组织的形成机理和影响因素。结果表明,贝氏体加马氏体复相组织的球铁具有优良的使用性能,这种材料不仅容易获得,而且价格低廉,是一种很好的新型抗磨材料。
The structure,property and impact abrasiveness mechanism of a low alloy ductile iron have been studied.The formation mechanism and influencing factor of the duplex structure have been studied.The results show that bainite and marten-site duplex ductile iron is of practical use,It is a new abrasive resistant material,economic and easy to produce。
