摘要
采用ＤＥＡＥ５２提取的多发性骨髓瘤（ＭＭ）患者尿本周蛋白为免疫原，应用鼠－鼠杂交瘤技术，建立４株能分泌抗人λ轻链单克隆抗体细胞株，经鉴定，为抗人游离λ轻链亚型／亚群抗原决定簇单克隆抗体细胞株。
Using mouse-motise hybridization technique with purified λchain isolated from urinary BJP of MM patient by DE52 chromatography as immunogen.Four strains of hybridoma secreting stably McAb against human λchain were established.Primary characterization showed these antibodies were against different given subtype/subgroup of hman freeλchain.
