摘要
本文将 Ag(I)催化S_2O_2~8氧化 Mn(Ⅱ)生成MnO_4^-的催化反应与Luminol-MnO_4~0--OH^(-)的化学发光反应相偶合,建立起一种新的灵敏测定痕量银的化学发光分析法.在所研究的优化条件下,该法测定银的选择性较好,检测限达到3.2×10^(-12)g/mLAg,线性浓度范围为1.0×10^(-11)~1.0×10^(-5)g/mLAg,用于水样分析,结果较为满意.
A highly sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) analytical method was presented for the determination of trace silver ( I ), based on the combined CL reaction of K2S2O8-Mn ( Ⅱ )-Ag( I )-luminol with Ag( I ) as a catalyst. The condition for the determination of silver by the CL method was investigated (including the effects of interfering ions). The developed CL method was used to determine trace silver ( I ) in natural waters and ores with satisfactory results. The linear concentration range of the method is from 1. 0×10-11 to 1. 0× 10-5 g/mL for Ag( I ), and the detection limit is 3. 2×10-12 g/mL for Ag( I ).
